Well, it’s finally come! It’s Christmas Day. Happy Christmas to you all.

The Old Girl isn’t too pleased with me. She didn’t plan to get up so early but I just had to find out what was in my Christmas parcel. And I wasn’t disappointed. It was a lovely stripy sleeping bag, as you can see. I can’t tell you what the Old Girl or the Old Boy had because they went back to bed and haven’t opened anything yet. She pointed out that although 1.00am is technically Christmas Day, it’s not Christmas Day enough.

Never mind, she’ll be in a better frame of mind when I wake her at 5.00am.
