Reg’s Dlog (Well, what else would you call a dog’s blog?)
The Old Girl is getting rather fed up with me ‘hijacking’ her blog, as she calls it, but I’ve changed the password and I can’t remember it, so for the foreseeable future, the Old Girl’s blog is my dlog. I suggested she got another blog and left me with this one but she said it didn’t make sense to have a dlog with the domain name dawnknox.com – it should be ‘reg.com’ or even ‘hijacker.com’. I have no idea how to get a domain name so, while I can get away with it, my memory is remarkably hazy on the subject of passwords. Anyway, I suppose I owe it to her to tell you about her the new cover for her book THE GREAT WAR – 100 STORIES OF 100 WORDS HONOURING THOSE WHO LIVED AND DIED 100 YEARS AGO. It’s all the same stuff inside but with a new cover.
Well, if you aren’t interested in the Old Girl’s book and you’re here because you want to read about me, here’s a classical photo featuring me. It was taken at Hylands House in Chelmsford, Essex where the Old ‘Uns took me yesterday.
And here’s a photo of Hylands House.
And one of me making myself at home.
And a final one of me on top of the world.
And that’s it. Except to say if you haven’t got the Old Girl’s book THE GREAT WAR – 100 STORIES OF 100 WORDS HONOURING THOSE WHO LIVED AND DIED 100 YEARS AGO. Why not? Go immediately to the following link here at Amazon, to buy either the paperback or the ebook.
And if you want something a bit lighter, how about how about the Old Girl’s DAFFODIL AND THE THIN PLACE? You can get it as an ebook from the Muse it Up Publishing site here at Muse It Up and it’s available from other ebook retailers. You can also get it in paperback format from Amazon, here at Amazon.
