Daffodil and the Thin Place 300dpiEarly this morning, we in the UK lost an hour as the clocks went forward. For the first time in many years, I’m not really aware of the loss. That’s because I have actually lost a whole week and the single missing hour hasn’t quite caught up with me yet. I’ve had ‘flu since last Saturday and for those of you in the ‘Flu Club, who know how debilitating the real ‘flu virus can be, you’ll understand how time seems to disappear. I did wonder if I had the energy to even think about Chris’s Sunday Musings this week but standards have to be kept – even during a bout of ‘flu. So, here are my ramblings on Chris’s Sunday Musings, which this week asked:

Which author would you consider/love to team up with on a story?
Yup, talking well-known, famous or not, living or dead.
And, here’s my reply:

The author I would have loved to have teamed up with is Terry Pratchett, who sadly died a short while ago. He is my favourite author and I am in awe of his imagination and the characters and worlds he brings to life. My current work in progress is set in an absurd world where garden gnomes run riot and I would have loved some input and advice from the man who I consider the master.

If you’d like to hop over to the Sunday Musings blog, you can find it here on the Muse It Up Publishing website and see what the other authors wrote.

As for me, I’m going back to bed. I don’t know where the week and the hour went but since they disappeared when I was in bed, I may have left them there. I’ll go and look…
